"Can men use your products!"

Absolutely! Our products are not gender specific.

” What currency are your prices in.”

The prices of all products are displayed in your country's currency.

” Where do you ship from?”

We ship from CANADA to many countries worldwide!

“Where are your oils manufactured?”

We manufacture our cosmetic products in CANADA with globally and ethically sourced ingredients!

 “I just ordered but would like to cancel and get a refund, is it possible?”

If I have not yet printed your shipping label and/or shipped your order .I can provide you with a refund within the first 2(two) hours after your order has been placed.
However, please keep in mind that there is a 4.00 USD cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund as I do face a surcharge for cancellations.
Parcels that have already been shipped out can NOT be cancelled.

“Will your products help to cure my disease?”

HOPE’s products do not intend to diagnose, treat, or cure any illnesses. Please also speak to your doctor before using any products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

“Are your products cruelty free.”

Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free and vegan! We also do our research to ensure our products are ethically sourced.

“How long will it take to get results?”

Everyone reacts to new products differently! With consistency, you will see a difference in your hair health! Our oils work overtime to create a healthier environment for your hair to grow long and strong.

Our customers see an increase in density a t2 months, and most satisfactory results at 6 months.

” How can I perform a patch test?”

We suggest patch testing before use of any new products. You can apply the product to your wrist or behind your ear, cover the area and monitor for 48 hours.

If you observe any irritation (intense itching, blistering, redness, or pain) we suggest discontinuing use.

Please note, allergic reactions can also happen over time. In any case of irritation, discontinue use.

“Can I use your products while pregnant or breast feeding?”

Since we use essential oils, we always suggest speaking to your doctor before use of any new products during pregnancy or breast feeding.

“Can I find your products in store or on Amazon?”

At this moment our products are only available on www.hopehair.ca
