Shipping and Returns
Shipping
please allow up to 2 to 3 days for your order to be shipped.
Shipping times will be offered to you once you input your address information during the checkout! Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by natural disasters, border closures, etc.
Please note that if you choose the surface delivery option, you should allow 5 to 12 weeks to receive your packages based on your location. While this option is cost-effective, it does take some time. You can check the details on the official Canada Post website. Please be aware that Hairhope is not responsible for any delivery delays, so we kindly ask for your patience !

Cancellations
If we have not yet printed your shipping label and/or shipped your order .we can provide you with a refund within the first 2(two) hours after your order has been placed.
However, please keep in mind that there is a 4.00 USD cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund as we do face a surcharge for cancellations.
Parcels that have already been shipped out can NOT be cancelled.
Refused parcels.
If the customer refuses a parcel upon delivery (notifies the postal driver, they no longer want it) HAIRHOPE is not responsible for refunds or replacements. Refused parcels are disposed of at the post office, and not returned to HOPE HAIR. As our products are cosmetic, they are set to be disposed automatically upon refusal.
Damages
Please report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any relevant photos or videos of damages.
Returns
Since HAIR HOPE products are cosmetics, we can not accept returns at this time due to hygiene concerns.
If there is ever a problem with your order, or if you have any questions about your product, you can contact us through my website: www.hairhope.ca and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
